We are operating all the regions of the Republic of Somaliland

Who we are.

Human Rights Centre (HRC) .

is local human rights watchdog based in Somaliland. HRC was established by group of human rights defenders. It is registered with the Somaliland government as a non-profit-making, non-governmental organization with its own legal personality. HRC was formed to cover the need for documentation and advocacy on human rights to help maintain the gains in Somaliland’s nascent democracy. HRC is governed by a board of directors who have been in the field in many years. Majority of the board members are female human rights defenders. The Centre has chairperson, deputy chairperson, secretary general and executive director. .

Human Rights Centre exists to defend and protect the rights of human beings.
